We were at war with the mosquitoes during these sessions. While I feel they had the advantage, since we had to sit still for the camera, I think we won. We got pictures that will last a lifetime. They just got a fleeting snack.
It took about 10 seconds. The kids spotted the water, rolled up their shorts and dresses and walked right in. The parents didn’t fuss about dirty feet, wet clothes or ruined pictures. They seized the moment and followed close behind, splashing and playing while holding their newborn. These are the moments I love to capture....
You captured our beautiful kids … who are hard to capture 😉 … wonderfully!! You have such an amazing gift for photography and I love how you “work” with kiddos (flexible, patient, fun)! Thank you Kasey. 🙂
Oh my goodness! I love love these photos! Tamara, your family is captured so well in these photos! Well done Kasey! I am getting more and more excited for our family photos in October!! 🙂
Thanks, Tamara. It was so much fun spending the morning with you and capturing the sweet and adventurous moments you share with your kids.
Thanks, Janelle. I can’t wait to shoot your family in October. The fall colors should really add some nice colors to your pics too 🙂
Paint sessions are such a welcome change up from regular sessions. Any shoot where a parent actively encourages their child to get messy, have fun and get lost in play is supreme in my book. This adorable little man was so lost in his art I don’t think he noticed we were there. Evening sessions...
Kasey, you have such a good eye and a way with kids! You got some gorgeous shots of our gorgeous boy despite the stupid mosquitoes! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for the best photo shoot we’ve had in a very long time.
Love the pic of Charlie on the stump with the trees behind him!
I like the way the different looks of Charlie are captured on film. The nature picture is awesome
Kasey,
I was able to view at the entire shoot with the very handsome Charlie Sherbring and I am so impressed with your work! Mosquitoes or not, these pictures will be treasured forever!
